ASSISTANT DE DIRECTION (H/F) - DIRECTION GENERALE & FINANCIERE

En partenariat avec Desmosia, nous recherchons un.e assistant.e de direction.
Qualifications :
- Vous êtes titulaire d’un bachelier à orientation administrative (secrétariat, droit, traduction…) ;
- Vous avez une expérience en secrétariat ;
- Vous faites preuve de fiabilité, de rigueur et d’exigence envers vous-même et envers les autres ;
- Vous êtes capable de travailler de manière autonome et flexible ;
- Vous avez un bon niveau en PowerPoint, Excel et Word et vous êtes ouvert aux autres outils informatiques ;
- Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais pour la rédaction et les conversations ;
- Vous êtes orienté vers les objectifs et les résultats.
Tâches principales :
Vous assisterez au quotidien le CEO et le CFO à travers :
- Le support à la préparation de présentations diverses, incluant les dossiers pour le conseil d’administration ;
- L’organisation de réunions, séminaires, événements et voyages ;
- La gestion des agendas ;
- La gestion des notes de frais avec justificatifs ;
- L’assistance à la préparation des rapports financiers et des comptes rendus de réunion ;
- La gestion de divers projets.
