Qualifications
- Êtes titulaire d’un bachelier à orientation logistique, marketing, commerce extérieur, … ;
- Vous avez une expérience de minimum 2 ans dans le service client, support commercial ;
- Vous avez des notions de base en transport (incoterms, réglementations et normes) ;
- Vous une bonne maîtrise de l’anglais et du néerlandais ;
- Vous avez une bonne communication verbale et écrite ;
- Vous avez un esprit et travail d’équipe ;
- Vous êtes capable de résoudre des problèmes de manière autonome ;
- Vous êtes dynamique, réactif et avez une rigueur exemplaire ;
- Vous avez des connaissances dans les outils de gestions de la relation client, des logiciels de bureautique
Tâches principales
- Assurer le support clients ;
- Organiser et suivre les transports routiers et/ou maritimes ;
- Effectuer les pré-biling transporteurs ;
- Gérer et vérifier les factures des fournisseurs logistiques ;
- Suivre rigoureusement les stocks externes ;
- Proposer des solutions alternatives en termes de transport, d’emballage, … ;
- Effectuer la sortie des marchandises ;
- Rédiger les réservations maritimes et les instructions documentaires ;
- Envoyer les documents à la douane ;
- Informer les clients de la date d’embarquement des marchandises ;
- Avoir des contacts réguliers avec des organismes agréés.
