Qualifications
- Vous disposez d’un bachelier en chimie ou en technologie alimentaire ou avez une expérience équivalente ;
- Vous avez des connaissances de la chimie alimentaire, industrielle et/ou analytique et/ou industrie en lien avec les phosphates ;
- Vous etes rigoureux, méthodique, autonome, vous démontrez vos qualités d’organisation et vous êtes apte à conduire votre travail seul dans un environnement sécure ;
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l’anglais ;
- Vous avez une bonne maitrise de la Suite Office, SAP et LIMS.
Tâches principales
- Evaluer et analyser les phosphates dans les différentes applications (traitement de la viande, du fromage fondu, de la pâtisserie industrielle, du lait, …) ;
- Optimiser et développer des nouveaux tests d’applications permettant de caractériser les avantages physico-chimiques et sensoriels des phosphates ;
- Assister techniquement le Development & Application Manager EAS en cas de stage, de formations internes & externes et de visites techniques des clients dans le laboratoire ;
- Contribuer à la recherche des causes en cas de réclamations liées à la mise en oeuvre de produits prayon ;
- Veiller à l’approvisionnement en produits chimiques et/ou alimentaires et du matériel laboratoire ;
- Respecter la bonne tenue du laboratoire.
